The Need of Vitamin C

There are five effects of vitamin C has on the body. First of all, neutralizing free radicals to assist fighting cell and issue destruction. In addition, helping the body to resist contagion in case of illness. Moreover, helping for both expectant mother and baby to stay  healthy  for nine months. Furthermore, having inner-body repaired. Finally, forming collagen to give structure to bone, cartilage, muscle and blood vessels (Hareyan: 2005: 1).

There are three effects of weather transform that human need to comprehend. Firstly, the rising temperatures lead to alteration in many look of the weather. It is said that three types of virus that can damage computers of any users are Trojan horses, spyware and spam. The first is called a Trojan Horse. It is created to take credit card item or bank- secret words. Another hazard type of virus is a Spyware which conceals within a computer and forwards data of the computer’s owner to advert business. The final type is a Spam, it defrauds money from people through unsolicited advertising (Philpot, 2011:47).
